A member of our team will go over your animal's history and discuss their problems with you. You are welcome to ask any questions you have, and we will devote time to answering them.
We will provide you with a diagnosis and treatment options after evaluating your animal. Your veterinarian and you will collaborate to develop a treatment plan for your pet.
Following your visit, we will prepare a detailed report outlining our diagnosis, our discussion with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We will keep this information on file for future reference.

Please call during regular business hours when possible for an appointment. Even though walk-ins are welcomed, our policy is to accept patients in the following order: Emergencies, appointments, and then walk-ins
In the event that your pet does need emergency care during our regular business hours, please contact us right away.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the space in our schedule to other clients.
We take care of all small domestic pets such as cats and dogs, and exotic pets such as birds, rabbits, and reptiles (excluding snakes).
We also see horses and farm animals, such as cattle, goats, sheep, alpacas, and pigs.
You can purchase all the medications and specialty food your pet needs either via our online store or our in-house pharmacy.
You are financially responsible for the initial examination fee and any diagnostics or treatment that you consent to for your pet’s treatment. This payment is due at the time of service.
For further diagnostics or surgery, a deposit is required upfront with payment due in full when your pet is discharged.
An emergency fee will be charged in addition to regular fees. Once the staff and doctors have examined your pet, an estimate for treatment will be given to you to determine a treatment plan.
